Date for Future Events    Louisiana Special Olympics - March 9 - 11, 2012 in Baton Rouge.   Annual BCHS Alumni Scholarship Golf Tournament - April 21, 2012 at Bayou Barriere Golf Club in Belle Chasse   Homecoming Event - October 26, 2012 at Bayou Barriere Golf Club in Belle Chasse.  Come enjoy the homecoming game, then afterwards, come celebrate homecoming with all the Alumni .    This is open to everyone who attended BCHS regardless of when.  You do not have to be a member of the Alumni to come.  More details as time gets close.          Alumni Scholarship Golf Tournament:     April 21, 2012 at Bayou Barriere Golf Club in Belle Chasse.    Come out and enjoy a round of golf or come out and cheer on your team.  You don't have to be a good golfer to play, just come play to have a good time.  You do not have to be a member of the Alumni to play.   For a registration form contact the Alumni at bchsaa@cox.net.  Lunch will be at noon, shotgun start at 1:00 p.m.  $65.00 per player / $250.00 per team.  $150.00 for hole sponsor.  $350.00 for hole and team sponsor.   This will be our only fund-raiser for 2012, so everyone's help will be needed.  If you own a business, work for a business or know anyone who does, we will need sponsors, items for the ditty bags, sponsors for awards and door prizes.  It's not too early to sign up.    We will also take any size donations from individuals.  All donations are Tax Deductable.  Contact the Alumni at bchsaa@cox.net.

Community Projects:      Louisiana Special Olympics - March 9 - 11, 2012 in Baton Rouge.   February 27th is the deadline to have your volunteer form in.  Let them know you're with the BCHS Alumni and contact the Alumni at bchsaa@cox.net if you are volunteering.  The events will include bowling, tennis and basketball.

Class Reunions   A good Class Reunion takes about 18 to get everyone and everything together.  Don’t wait until the last minute to try and organize your Class Reunion.  If you can’t get a Class Reunion with your class, try to combine a reunion with other classes that are just before or just after your class.    If that doesn’t work, than just have your class come meet up at an Alumni event, such such as the Spring Fling.  Contact the Alumni at bchsaa@cox.net and we’ll help in any way we can with your reunion plans.

Committee’s and CR’s    The Alumni needs CR's (Class Representatives) for some of the classes.  As a CR, you will be the direct link between your class and the Alumni.  You will also collect contact information on your classmates for the Alumni.  This does not take up much of your time.  If you have any questions about this position please contact CR Chairperson, Jerome Williams at JeromeW303@aol.com   .   The Alumni also needs members to serve as Committee Chairs and Committee Members.  If you are interested in one of these position, please contact the Alumni at bchsaa@cox.net
